Privacy Policy.

Effective date: June 23, 2026  |  Last updated: June 23, 2026

Inmotion Consulting Group ("Inmotion Consulting Group," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit inmotioncg.com (the "Site") or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Inmotion Consulting Group is a sponsorship and partnership consultancy based in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. We provide services including sponsorship strategy, partnership development, sponsorship activation, partnership management, and corporate hospitality.

For any privacy-related question or request, contact us at hello [at] inmotioncg [dot] com.

2. Information we collect

a. Information you provide to us

When you complete the contact form on our Site or email us directly, we collect the information you choose to share, which may include:

  • Your name
  • Company or organization name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Industry or sector
  • The contents of your message or inquiry

You control what you submit. If you contact us by email, we receive whatever information is contained in your message.

b. Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through first-party analytics and standard web infrastructure, including:

  • General usage data such as pages viewed, links clicked, approximate session activity, referring source, device and browser type, and general (non-precise) location inferred from your IP address.
  • An anonymous visitor identifier used to measure aggregate Site traffic and performance.

This analytics data is first-party and used in aggregate. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not run third-party advertising or social media tracking pixels on the Site.

c. Cookies and local storage

The Site uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies and browser local-storage items. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings, and you can block or limit cookies through those settings, though the Site may not function properly if strictly necessary items are blocked.

3. How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about a potential or existing engagement;
  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
  • Understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the Site so we can improve its content and performance;
  • Protect the Site against spam, abuse, and security threats; and
  • Comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK visitors)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR / UK GDPR:

  • Consent — where you voluntarily submit information through our contact form or by email.
  • Legitimate interests — to operate and secure the Site and to understand aggregate usage, balanced against your rights and freedoms.
  • Legal obligation — where processing is required to comply with applicable law.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers / processors

We use trusted third parties to operate the Site, including:

  • Lovable — our website platform and first-party analytics provider.
  • Vercel — our website hosting and content-delivery provider.
  • Google Fonts — used to display fonts on the Site. When fonts load, your IP address is sent to Google to deliver them.

These providers process information on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

Legal and safety reasons

We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Inmotion Consulting Group, our clients, or others.

Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Contact inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond to and manage the relationship, and thereafter for a reasonable period consistent with our business and legal needs.
  • Aggregate analytics data is retained on an ongoing basis in non-identifying form.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

7. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion — request that we delete your personal information.
  • Objection / restriction — object to or ask us to restrict certain processing.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello [at] inmotioncg [dot] com. We will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

10. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any site you visit.
