Chad Melnik is a motorsports marketing and partnership executive with more than 30 years of experience helping brands, teams, manufacturers, and motorsports properties create meaningful sponsorships, strategic partnerships, and unforgettable fan experiences.

As Founder and President of INMOTION Consulting Group, Chad leads a specialized agency focused on sponsorship development, partnership strategy, and motorsports business growth. He works with brands, rights holders, venues, teams, and agencies to identify new opportunities, build valuable relationships, and create partnerships that deliver measurable business results.

Chad's unique perspective comes from a career spent on both sides of the motorsports industry. Before becoming a business leader, he raced professionally for more than 15 years as a factory-supported driver for manufacturers, teams and brands, earning success in endurance racing, sports cars, and karting. That firsthand experience provides an authentic understanding of the motorsports landscape and the ability to align brand objectives with meaningful audience engagement.

Today, Chad helps organizations uncover new sponsorship opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, negotiate mutually beneficial relationships, and activate programs that create long-term value for brands, teams, venues, and motorsports properties.
